Every time the site loads, our hosting provider automatically records the data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, and browser and operating system details. This is technically necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Retention: logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
This site is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. STRATO processes the log data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process the details you give us (name, phone number, preferred time) in order to arrange and confirm your appointment.
Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract).
WhatsApp: The WhatsApp links open a service operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Sending a message transfers your data to that company under its own terms. If you would rather avoid this, please call or email us.
The “Book online” button opens the booking system Bookio. You enter your details there, and they are processed on our behalf so that we can schedule your appointment. Bookio's own privacy notice applies to that page.
To display the site we load fonts and icons from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited), Cloudflare (Font Awesome) and unpkg (the AOS library). Loading these files transmits your IP address to those providers. Lawful basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
The map link opens Google Maps in a new window only after you click it.
This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this section will be updated beforehand and your consent obtained.
You have the right to access your data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), to erasure (Art. 17), to restriction of processing (Art. 18), to data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). Any consent you give may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
